Introductory to Mixed Apparatus Classes
This foundational class is designed to introduce students to the core VM Pilates repertoire using a variety of apparatuses, including the Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel and Mat. Each session focuses on the same key exercises performed across different pieces of equipment, allowing students to deepen their understanding of movement patterns while developing confidence and versatility.
By exploring familiar exercises on multiple apparatuses, students learn how to adapt and apply alignment, breath, and control in varied contexts—an essential skill for progressing in the VM Pilates method. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to reinforce their technique while gaining fluency across all apparatus types.

Mixed Apparatus Classes (all levels)
These semi-private group classes with up to six participants offer a dynamic, supportive environment with plenty of individual attention. You'll benefit from expert instruction and personalized guidance while enjoying the energy and motivation of a small group. With full access to all Pilates apparatus—reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrel and small props on the mat—these classes are taught circuit style meaning you’ll rotate from one apparatus to another for one minute at a time, learning and performing exercises at your own pace to strengthen, lengthen, tone and challenge your mind body connection. Suitable for all fitness levels and the most cost-effective option.

Private Sessions
Private Pilates sessions are tailored to your body and goals, helping you progress faster with personalized attention. Single client sessions that give an hour of one-on-one instruction with one of our expert instructors. During your session you’ll be guided through exercises on various apparatuses in the studio using the pilates principles. They're great for injury recovery, improving posture, and building core strength. Plus, you get flexible scheduling and full access to all Pilates equipment. Pilates Duets
Pilates Duets sessions offer a fun and motivating way to work out with a partner while still getting personalized instruction. You’ll share the session with just one other person, allowing for plenty of individual attention and customization.
